Eat your heart out Cinnabon!

I made my first batch of homemade cinnamon rolls! I used Pioneer Woman's recipe and the it was pretty easy. However, we did alter the icing recipe (start with 1 lb of powdered sugar, add 2 tsp of vanilla, and add milk until you reach the desired texture). Anywho, I'm unbelievably proud of myself, and the good news is the cinnamon rolls are FANTASTIC! I'm planning to conquer her chocolate sheet cake recipe tomorrow... stay tuned for details.

Bom Dia!

I'm back home now, so let the blogs begin! I have not uploaded my photo's yet, but I did receive one in an email today of the group that I was training in Alto Araguaia. Alto Araguaia is the small town where I spent most of last week training the inventory people on the new computer program. Brazil was like a big party, the people are so warm and friendly. I have never hugged and kissed so many people that I have ever met, save for that one Pike party.....kidding.... in my entire life. If you walk into a room, hug and kiss, if you leave the room, hug and kiss, if you go to lunch, hug and kiss, yes a very friendly people indeed. I had a good time, we ate some of the best food. Although my protein levels should be through the roof with as much red meat as I enjoyed while traveling. Anyway, there will be more posts to follow. This is just the beginning.....
