YEAST ROLLS

1 cup warm water (100-110 degrees)
1 tablespoon dry yeast
¼ cup sugar
3 ¼ cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons softened butter

Proof yeast in warm water with sugar. Add remaining ingredients, stir and knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and shape into 24 balls. Place in greased 9x11 pan. Pour 1 stick of melted butter (allow to cool) over top. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Enjoy!

They are awesome, the butter helps them brown and keeps them moist.
